I am Wendy Katsbulas, MBA & CEO of High On The Mountains LLC.  I am a Godly woman, wife, mother of 4, grandmother of 11, & great grandmother 1 & another on the way.  I got into property investing when I realized that everyone needs a place in mountains that they can retreat, reflect, & recharge.  In the mountains is where I have gotten my peace through my trails & I want to be able to share that with others through STR, Short Term Rentals.  I have opened my first STR in Estes Park, CO and I look forward to adding nine more properties within the next three years
The WREIN network has given me the  knowledge that I was lacking in Property Investing to be able to have the confidence in myself to build my family legacy of helping others in need and give to the charities that have held a special place my heart for years.  St. Judes, The American Cancer Society, Covenant House, & Special Olympics as well as the National Parks Association are my focus.
Hard work, perseverance, & by the grace of God are my mantras.  Life is full of valleys that we must go through, but putting others first is what I live by.
